- The International Internship Program is the initiative launched by the UniCredit Foundation in collaboration with UniCredit, which offers the most brilliant students the opportunity to carry out a curricular internship from 3 to 6 months in one of the Group countries in different business areas. - We are offering a 3/6 months experience in Finance Area in Asset & Liability Management Unit which has the mission to support the Top Management in managing and analyzing the ALM strategy.

In particular the structure has the responsibitity of strategic planning and coordination of assets and liabilities management (including the preparation of the multi-year funding plan), steering the liquidity risk, also through liquidity indicators, forecasting and executing the banking book interest rate strategy, also defining the strategy for specific balance sheet items, monitoring and analyzing the economic performance of treasury. - Requirements**What you'll need to succeed

- Strong interest in Finance and Capital Markets

- Excellent academic records

- Fluency in English

- Confident with Microsoft Office tools with strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint

- Full-time availability

- Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset
