The International Internship Program is the initiative launched by the UniCredit Foundation in collaboration with UniCredit, which offers the most brilliant students the opportunity to carry out a curricular internship from 3 to 6 months in one of the Group countries in different business areas.

We are offering a 6 months experience within "Operations Development/Process Design Improvements & Automation" - Lean Six Sigma team in the function "Operations Italy", which streamline and standardize processes leveraging on methodology and technology.

**You will actively support the team in**:

- simplifying and automatizing internal processes also working on projects (locally or across structures/countries) with interactions with process experts, IT developers, program managers, mid and top managers, all inside a multicultural environment

- analysing the processes, identifying custom based solutions, measuring KPIs and achieving the expected results.

Requisiti

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Being a University student attending a Bachelor or a Master, possibly in Business Economy, Management Engineering

- Strong interest in Process Design and Improvements

- Excellent academic records

- Fluency in English

- Confident with Lean Six Sigma methodology

- Full-time availability

- Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset
