International Key Account Manager
Responsibilities**:
**POSITION PURPOSE**:
- Dedicated resource as "one face" to Strategic Key Account in the country / region.
- Dedicated international resource in charge of specific International Account to establish, strengthen, maintain contact and develop business opportunities in EMEA.
**ORGANISATION
- Report to Key Account Manager EMEA Close cooperation with Local Axalta Key Account Managers, Sales & Marketing Teams, Service Managers, Digital Services Group and Training Managers
- Subordinate: none
**DIMENSIONS
- Establish, strengthen and maintain contacts with assigned international Key Account HQ's ensuring Axalta can act accordingly to customers' needs.
- Develop and coordinate Axalta's KAM strategy across the countries.
- Negotiate and close international commercial approvals for Axalta Refinish with assigned international Key Account when appropriate.
- Develop national Axalta Refinish Key Account Business Plans.
- Ensure collection of all relevant market information at both International Key Account and local market
- Operate on international level, in an EMEA team, networking with all central and local Marketing and Sales functions.
- Interact with local Axalta customers, esp.
distributors and importers on sales, general management and owner level.

Qualifications:
**Education**:bachelor's or master's degree in business economics
**Knowledge, skills & experience
- Knowledge
- Experience in negotiations with major companies at senior management level
- Knowledge of international business processes, especially within the refinish and collision repair industry and all its influencing players
- Proven ability to plan, implement and get results
- Capacity to co-operate and co-ordinate in networks
- Proven ability to lead individuals and teams
- Skills
- Very good written and verbal communication.

Other European languages are desirable esp.

- Experience
- 7 years of professional experience in the automotive market
- Marketing & or Sales Experience in the automotive aftermarket is a plus.
