International Key Account Manager

A** Key Account Manager for International Fleets** will be responsible for proactively selling to large European corporate clients that operate in multiple countries with a fleet size between 1, 000 and 10, 000+ vehicles.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with these clients as well as managing the full end-to-end customer journey.
The Key Account Manager will report to the **Head of International Fleet Sales** and will closely collaborate with other teams, including local operations and HQ business sales leadership to consistently drive new and repeat business.
**What you will do**:
- Actively partner with the Business Development team to develop a cohesive strategy for the growth of **Volta Trucks** sales in Europe
- Manage your part in the overall business plan by working with other departments.
Facilitate partner meetings regularly and effectively.
- Present Truck-as-a-Service to international market players and reach sales agreements according to these solutions.
- Coordinate with country ASMs the deployment of international agreements at local level, from order to delivery.
- Cooperate with other departments (Product, Engineering, Marketing Events, etc. )
to ensure that our offering to International Fleet customers is aligned with their expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all vehicles, processes, and business finance solutions.
Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis.
**We would like you to have**:
- Experience in Business-to-Business or commercial sales with proven track record to meet and exceed targets and goals.
- Experience in sales to Public Administrations or large corporations that handle procurement through formal tender processes.
- Knowledge about trucks and BEV technology is highly desirable
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously, who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of business appropriate financial options and incentives.
- Car Driving license and be available for national and international travelling.
- Fluency in **Italian **and **English **is essential.
