Colussi Group is seeking an experienced International Marketing Manager to drive the company's growth and strengthen its presence in global markets.

This role will focus on identifying new opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and leading international marketing efforts in priority markets for the Group.

Reporting directly in staff to the Colussi Group CMO, his/her key responsibilities will include:Market Research: Conduct thorough market analyses to identify potential opportunities, understand consumer needs, and evaluate the competitive landscape in international markets. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to achieve international growth targets. Campaign Development: Create and adapt communication campaigns tailored to resonate with diverse cultural and consumer preferences in different regions. Stakeholder Collaboration: a) Partner with corporate teams and international stakeholders to align marketing priorities and strategies; b) Work closely with the sales team to nurture relationships with business partners, distributors, and customers; c) Collaborate with R&D and Corporate Marketing to ensure the development of innovative products that address market-specific demands. Project Management: Oversee and deliver international marketing initiatives, ensuring alignement with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Compliance & Risk Management: Stay informed on international trade regulations and manage risks associated with market entry and operations. Financial Oversight: Monitor and optimize the international marketing budget.

Take ownership of the P&L for key strategic brands to ensure profitability. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with proven expertise in international markets.

Prior experience in the food or snacking industry or FMCG is highly desirable. Skills: a) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data; b) Proven communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills; c) Excellent coordination and project management skills in international and multicultural environment. Knowledge: Familiarity with global trade regulations and deep understanding of market dynamics, particularly in the snacking sector.
