As an International Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the hiring needs of our international clients.
Our clients are mainly located in the Netherlands, Belgium and to a lesser degree, in Germany.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment, making a significant impact on both candidates' careers and clients' success. Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to source high-quality candidates globally. Screening and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit with client organizations. Candidate Management: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer acceptance and even after candidates have started working at their new job. Market Research: Stay updated on international employment laws, market trends, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients. Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all recruitment activities, including diversity and inclusion principles. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress for client reporting and internal analysis. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of global labor markets and cultural nuances. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good command of the English language; other multilingual abilities are a plus. Experience in recruitment in healthcare and technical sectors is a plus.
