International Sales Coordinator
About the job**:
We are looking for an International Sales Coordinator to join Fratelli Branca in our Headquarter in Milan.
This is an exciting opportunity to support Export Organization looking after third-party distributor network across EMEA and APAC region.
International Sales Coordinator will report directly to EMEA APAC Commercial Director with dotted line to EMEA APAC Marketing Director.
Other key relations for this role will be Export Managers, Regional Finance Teams, Legal, Logistics, Supply and Distributor Partners.
This is exciting time to join highly successful Export Team, delivering CYTD + 40% sales growth vs. Last Year and with ambition to continue to grow doble digit in the next 5 years.
**Key responsibilities for the role are**:
Establish strong relations with key Distributors Partners in the region and ensure right information flow.
Deliver Export Reporting, Business Analytics and Forecasting assignments as required.
Ensure all Sales Reports, Marketing Data, Distribution Agreements /are compiled in an accurate way.
Develop and deliver analysis and insights to support decision-making process and share best practices.
Compile and prepare regular reports and presentations for Management Review.
Support S&OP process as well as contribute to POS, Gifting (Special Occasions) Projects.
Coordinate Export Organization Internal and External Meetings.
Support Key Trade Events like (Bar Convent Berlin, TFWA etc).
Please note that this is perfect opportunity for Sales Coordinators to learn 3rd Party Management Model as the job scope can be further extended by certain Commercial & Marketing responsibilities and become a step towards future Export/Country Manager or Brand Manager Career Path.
**Essential skills required for this role are**:
- Fluency of English and Italian.
- Proven experience as International Sales or Marketing Coordinator (min 1-2 years).
- Proficient in MS Office.
Experience with SAP would be preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Positive mindset with To-Do attitude.
- Immediate availability preferred.
