Job Title: International Sales Director

Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies based on the market demand of the country and region.

Formulate and implement sales strategies, promote the market development and project implementation of utility-scale BESS products.

Achieve the sales targets and payment collection set by the company.

Manage and expand customer relationships by identifying, following up with, and closing potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide technical and business solution support by having an in-depth understanding of utility-scale BESS business solutions.

Research and understand grid policies and regulations, ensuring that products and solutions comply with local laws and standards.

Conduct market analysis and reporting on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Assist in building the team in the international market and provide relevant training and support to team members.

Minimum Qualifications Educational background: Bachelor's degree or higher, major is not limited, preferably in power systems, energy management, or a related field.

Work experience: More than 5 years in new energy storage or photovoltaic and wind power development; experience in Chinese enterprises is preferred.

Policy knowledge: Familiar with national and regional power grid policies, energy regulations, and market trends.

Technical background: Background in power systems and energy storage technologies.

Communication and negotiation skills: Excellent skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Language skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
