As the company sees considerable market value to harvest, they now have the need to appoint a new International Sales Director, ideally based in Italy, who will be responsible for driving sales strategy across a number of markets.

We are seeking someone with a proven track history of leading sales in an industrial market.

You will be experienced in working in an Engineering Development environment and have led sales across a distributor model.

You will review the sales organisation structure on a regular basis to ensure a capable, competent and committed team is in place to deliver business objectives.

The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and have a demonstrable track record of building go to market propositions.

The successful candidate must be a fluent English speaker.
