International Sales Manager
Randstad Professional's Sales & Marketing division, a leader in search & selection, for an important company operating in the TNT sector, is looking for an International Sales Manager - Europe Reporting to the Commercial Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new B2B clients and developing the European market.
Specifically, the role includes: Researching and developing new contacts with industrial clients in the sector (personal & home care, paper, medical devices, etc.
); Analyzing clients' technical needs, providing technical consultancy for the development of new products, and preparing structured financial offers; Negotiating partnerships and handling commercial agreements (product, price, promotion, and distribution) until the structured deal is closed; Collaborating with the production, R&D, and marketing teams for the introduction of new products; Managing post-sales activities and customer experience through a dedicated team (commercial back office); Preparing sales budget reports, revenue, and profit margin analysis; Participating in internal meetings with other company functions for alignment and cross-selling activities.
Requirements Degree in Economics, Materials Engineering, or Chemistry At least 3 years of experience in commercial roles with knowledge of the TNT sector Understanding of regulations, certifications, and key clients in the TNT sector Knowledge of sustainability and green impact topics Flexibility, negotiation skills, autonomy, and innovation mindset Proficiency in English Availability for frequent business travel across Europe
