Prima is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual to support the CEO and the top management in the definition and implementation of Prima's strategy, globally across Italy, Spain and the UK.
What you'll be doing:
- Scan market trends, new technology solutions, competitive strategies and recognise their impact on Prima's strategy
- Identify, analyse & propose new business ideas to the management, including the preparation of business cases and presentations to test and communicate the ideas
- Support the definition and update of Prima's strategic objectives
- Coordinate the definition and periodical monitoring of strategic initiatives by our different teams, analyse the results achieved and support the management in the definition of corrective actions
- Manage special projects that fall outside the typical business unit remit
**Requirements**:
The experience we're looking for:
- Excellent academic background
- 2+ years experience in a tier-1 strategy consulting firm or a growing tech company
- Great PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Great communication skills (both in Italian and English) and ability to manage the workload with a good level of autonomy
- Pragmatism and results-oriented approach
Nice to have:
- Experience and knowledge of the insurance market
- Work or study experience abroad
