International Studio Assistant
Exciting opportunity for an International Studio Assistant at Reid Brewin Architects, Milan

**The role
Here is a brief description of the applicant requirements:
**Accounts (60%)
This role involves working closely with the Italian, French and UK Directors, the Operations Manager and the Accountants to support project Finance and Bookeeping activities for our Milan studio.
You will be involved with project financial management including fee estimates, budget anc cost tracking, sub consultants management and invoicing via our Project management Software Rapport 3.
You will be assisting the wider business with financial reports including Project P&L.
**Human Resources (20%)
- Collaborating with international HR teams to manage payroll matters and maintain accurate HR records.
- Coordinating employee training, onboarding, and staff performance reviews across multiple offices.
- Overseeing Health & Safety policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and working closely with the Directors to ensure consistent HR practices across all studios.
- Supporting the development of new HR initiatives that contribute to the company's culture of growth and inclusivity.
**Administrative support (20%)
As a Studio Assistant you will be an active member of the team, positively contributing to the studio through a range of day-to-day administrative responsibilities:
- Providing key PA support to directors, handling daily office administration, responding to phone queries, and supporting staff with any administrative needs.
- Managing and improving office systems, such as record management, data filing, and quality assurance documentation.
- Coordinating ISO audits for the Italian office and supporting the development of quality assurance processes across all studios.
- Supporting the London office while maintaining the flow of communication and administrative systems between our international teams.
**Required skills and experience
- Fluent in English is essential
- A minimum of 4-5 years in an international Administrative/finance role is highly desirable
- Experience of HR and Project Management software is highly desirable
- Stong Excel skills and strong MS Word skills are essential
- Experience in an architectural practice or design environment would be advantageous
- Full understanding of best practices
