**International Support - Region ROW**:

We are looking for a graduate who wants to become part of out team ROW (Rest Of the World), supporting relationships and being a point of contact during our International Meeting Event.

Activities

Supporting the organization of our International Meeting Event (letters of invitations, Hotels, catering, welcoming, coordination with transports. . . )

Managing and providing materials related to presentations;

Processing bills or expenses, arranging appointments and related services;

Skills Required

English Language B2

Ability to use Microsoft Office

Good communication, customer service and teamworking skills

Organization and time management skills
