ING offers you the chance to make the absolute most of your talent on a traineeship within the bank: the International Talent Programme (ITP).

During the course of the traineeship, ING will invest in your future to develop the leaders of tomorrow. At the beginning of your traineeship, you'll rotate between different projects and departments within your track.

After your rotations, you get to choose a long-term position based on your experience and area of interest. We offer you the chance to shape your own ideas about banking in a receptive environment. The program is truly international with over 100 trainees in 14 different countries.

For each year of the programme, there will be a global event designed as a bootcamp to develop your personal skills in the process. What your first 6-month rotation will let you focus onWithin the ING CISO (IT Security) Team, you will be exposed to application events based on security policies and will support the following activities mentored by a CISO team member:Security Alert Handling (Security Operations Center)Incident & Response coordinating between internal teamsThreat based Alert analysisPhysical Security Assessment on different office premisesDocumentation & reportingWhat about your second rotationWith these new experiences and contacts, you are in charge of arranging your second rotation within the TECH area.

Now it comes down to addressing your network and taking the initiative, also for an international experience that could be relevant for your personal and professional development. Your second yearAfter two rotations, you now have a better understanding of which direction you would like to go and are ready to choose your third rotation.

Are you broadening your knowledge within your track, or would you like to explore an area within another track?

Both options are available for this rotation!During your third rotation, you'll start networking for your fixed position.

This permanent role lets you go deeper into the TECH field of your higher interest. What we're looking forYou have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering or Business Studies (with strong quantitative profile);Excellent analytical skills and problem-solvingYou have an innovative take on banking and an unconditional drive to turn your ideas into realityYou are enthusiastic and consider the interests of our customers and your colleaguesYou act with integrity and responsibilityYou are fluent in English and Italian; foreign candidates have an advanced knowledge of Italian (at least B2)High level knowledge of Tech environment preferably InfrastructureYou have a maximum of 2 years of professional experienceING's International Talent Programme is looking for smart, results-driven people to make banking awesome.
