Our client is a major multinational and listed group, leader in the chemical industry.

Currently present in 32 countries, it is continuously expanding and growing.

To support the international development and the harmonization of processes at Group level we are looking for an: International Tax Specialist The role, reporting directly to the CFO, will independently manage international tax coordination activities, with the prospect of growing in the role, expanding responsibilities and building a supporting team.

Key Responsibilities: Organization and oversight of the internal control system for tax risk management; Mapping of activities configurable as transactions "between related parties", monitoring their correct valuation and representation in the required documents; Direct supervision of all transfer pricing issues of the Group; Supporting, coordinating and verifying the proper management of Intercompany relationships by the administrative functions of the Group Companies; Providing advice and proposals on international taxation to the administrative functions in charge; Acting as the internal point contact in relations with tax advisors in the various countries and for specific projects; Providing tax advice to the various Entities and in particular in extraordinary transactions involving foreign companies.

The ideal profile should have: At least 5 years of experience in tax or audit matters within major accounting firms or auditing firms or at the parent company of a multinational company; Specific expertise in transfer pricing and international taxation will be essential; Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; Good level of accountability and assumption of responsibility; Problem solving, resourcefulness, flexibility and hands-on approach; Coordination of external professional firms.

Qualification: Master's degree in economics or related fields Languages: Fluent English is required French and/or German is a plus Location: Monza (MB)
