The Role- Assisting in delivering advice- Working in (local and international) teams of lawyers- Making law researches and case law studies- Working on a range of specialist financing matters including export credit finance, international trade finance and general corporate loans- Advising on shipping and maritime issues and law- Advising on the development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Italy and abroad

Skills and Experience Required- Graduated in Law- Fluent in English is a must; good knowledge of a third language is a plus- Passion for client service- Excellent problem solving, analytical, technical and drafting skills
