International Trainee Program (ELSE) - Service product specialist (Digital)**:

As an International Trainee Program (ELSE) participant, you will get hands-on responsibility from the start.

The exceptional people you work with, the challenging projects you tackle, and the regional scale (EMEA Region) of our business will give the experience you need to build a world-class career in our Service-Electrification division.

The program with a permanent position is made up of three assignments in different roles all in Service division, starting from the month of September: one six-month assignment in the position as an introduction to the business in Dalmine Plant.

One six-month assignment with different activities where you will deepen your knowledge of the business and of your function.

One six-month assignment abroad to get an overview of ABB's operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network.

**This position reports to**:

Product Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's digital products; stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive offerings in the digital product space.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences and pain points related to digital products.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure the success of digital products in the market.

- Work closely with customers, sales teams and other stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.

- Act as a liaison between sales and R&D teams.

Provide guidance and clarification on product and participate in agile development processes.

- Monitor key product metrics, user feedback and market trends to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Your background**:

- You have strong Digital competencies, You are a recent graduate (Master's level) in Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Management, Electronics engineering or in Computer Science.

- You master the English language (B2), you have a good knowledge of Italian and other languages are a plus.

- Ability to work cross functional.

- You are a good communicator, both orally and in writing.

- You are curious, resilient and open to new ideas.

- The following skills complete the profile: problem-solving, goal oriented, precision in following procedures and good interpersonal attitude.
