Humana People to People spans the globe through 29 independent member associations, each one with a firm base in their own country. Our agenda is simple and clear: protecting the planet, building communities and supporting people by connecting them with others in transformative programmes, unleashing their potential for positive change and action.

We share this agenda with our partners at all levels. Our development work is anchored in five key areas of focus, which are community development, sustainable agriculture and environment, health, education and the collection and sale of second-hand clothes. We work side by side with people in their communities and our innumerable partners, we align with the UN 2030 Agenda and supporting countries as they strive to meet the UN Sustainable Development Goals, creating lasting positive change in the process. We grew out of a progressive education movement in the 1970s, rooted in the struggle against apartheid and colonialism.

We were founded by a group of people who cared deeply about the lack of equality evident around the world and who decided they were going to change it. We made development cooperation agreements with local national governments to expand our development work starting in southern Africa, expanding into Asia, Central and Southern America.

Our long-standing tradition for creating change together with and as part of the people characterise how we have built our activities on local participation throughout our journey since the beginning.

**International Volunteer Promoter**:

Humana People to People is looking for a passionate and proactive International Volunteer Promoter to raise awareness about our International Volunteer Program and promote it.

The social projects are present in India and Africa.

This position offers the opportunity to be part of an international team present in six countries and to be led from our office in Spain.

What will be my responsibilities?

Gain a deep understanding of the program and the promotion process.

Meet the goals for the number of enrolled volunteers and inquires set by management.

Organize and implement meetings with individuals interested in the program and provide them with detailed information.

Contact universities, schools, associations, or entities that may be interested in the program and make presentations to potential targets

Organize events and represent the organization with the aim of promoting the volunteer program and generate leads

Seek opportunities and platforms to promote the program, such as blogs, social media groups and forums.

Propose creative strategies to increase visibility and participation in the program

Prepare and present weekly reports on the status of program promotion

Post content on social media according to guidelines provided by management.

Entrepreneurial spirit

Previous experience in promotion, marketing, or sales.

(at least 3 years)

Excellent English proficiency

Proactive, autonomous, dynamic, and resourceful individual

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities

Accustomed to working towards goals

Be attuned to both environmental conservation and human rights protection
