We are looking for an Area Manager with proven wholesale experience in the Telecom industry

**Key Tasks

Manage and support Voice, Data and CPaaS Wholesale

Secure incoming traffic by way of a bilateral commitment (in & out) in order to reach revenue, margin and cost reduction objectives and to ensure maximum quality on the specific destination of the assigned AREA

Customize WIS hubbing offer for each carrier in the assigned Area, being able to match our strengths with customer requirements in order to increase revenue/margin streams by attracting additional traffic volumes

Optimize costs and quality for all destinations (bilateral and non) and with all carriers in the assigned AREA in order to provide the best possible cost base/quality to our hubbing customers with the overall effect of increasing margins for WIS

Build and consolidate relations with the major or more strategic carriers in the assigned Area in order to grow WIS position in the market

Manage captive and wholesale traffic in the most effective and efficient way in order to maximizing revenues and margins for WIS

Drive new business development and connectivity service opportunities

Develop sales strategy plan and implement and monitor sales activities to achieve measurable results

Grow revenue for products and services

**Preferred Education / Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

- Proven Experience of wholesales management in the Telecom industry
