Internship 6 Months
We are looking for a
- **Events Specialist Intern** who will work closely with the Events Manager in Casa Martini to support on a wide variety of tasks and projects in events and tour experience with particular focus on the organization of the service offered.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in Hospitality, Events or Digital Commerce in the spirits industry.
In return you will be working with passionate people in a nice office environment and have the opportunity to develop your skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Support to the Events Manager in the organization of B2C and B2B events (both in the organizational, management and follow-up phase), in the management of communication activities with them and in the relationship with suppliers _(flexibility hours and willingness to work on weekends)_
- Management of all operational and logístical aspects related to the organization of events (preparation of set-up material, preparation of presentations, etc.
)
- Lead tours _(flexibility hours and willingness to work on weekends)_
- Administration of reservations
- Support for communication and promotion of Casa Martini offers (events and experiences)
- Scouting of new opportunities to promote Casa Martini
