We are looking for an intern to join our Electrification business as a R&D Test Engineer. You will join the Laboratory team responsible for testing and certification of ABB low volt-age products in the field of DIN-Rail, Wiring Accessories and Building Automation.

stageThis position reports toQuality ManagerYour responsibilitiesPerform tests on various types of products according to test plan, standards and safety rules, within the timeline assigned. Closely collaborate with the R&D and Quality engineers to develop the best technical solu-tions to address quality issue and reach the requested product performances. Perform analysis on experimental data, summarize the results and prepare technical test re-ports on completed activities. Propose and implement improvements in the existing test set-ups in terms of equipment, techniques, methods, and new tools. Your backgroundMaster or bachelor degree in Electronic/Electrical engineering or equivalent;Knowledge about the use of basic Laboratory instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, func-tions generator etc. . ).

Knowledge of LabVIEW is a plus;Fluency in Italian (at least C1 level) and very good English knowledge (at least B2 level);Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Effective at working inde-pendently and in a team setting;Interest for science and technology supported by a strong technical background.
