Job Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Account Management team.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client management processes within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

As an Account Management Intern, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of our services by assisting with daily client inquiries and initial outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities Track incoming client inquiries, ensuring they are promptly managed by the Account Management team to maintain responsive and organized client service.

Monitor designated external sources for potential new business opportunities, responding quickly with initial proposals to generate leads and support client acquisition, which will be managed by experienced account managers.

Requirements Fluency in Italian (native) and English is essential; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

Familiarity with various computer applications and online tools, along with a readiness to learn new software as required.

Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Translation or a related field.

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and ensure timely handling of client inquiries.

Excellent verbal and written skills for effective client engagement and team collaboration.

Capacity to accurately track and manage client inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of all requests.

Initiative to identify opportunities and respond quickly to inquiries.

Ability to collaborate within a team while also demonstrating independence when needed.
