**YOUR ROLE**:

- Develops performance reports for management to review

- Ensures high quality and efficiency of Supply Chain processes, steers and monitors KPIs of Supply Chain

- Communicates with other departments within Supply Chain (Logistics, Customer Service, Demand Planning) to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes

- Manages customer complaints and delivery satisfying customer service level for E-commerce Channel

- Steers continuous improvement for orders' management from creation to invoicing

- Acts as point of contact between customers and internal functions (Marketing, Sales, Management etc).

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Master Degree or equivalent

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel

- Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Passion for working with numbers, analytical mind set

- Team player but also able to work independently

- Plus: SAP understanding

- Availability for 6-month internship
