**Responsibilities**:

- Internship essential functions:

- Support Category Management daily activities and strategic projects

- Gap analysis of kits range (benchmark versus competitors) and new product introduction process (subcontractors included)

- Valve steam seals packing unit analysis and adjustment (catalog)

- Actions to increase catalog data quality: Pictures, cross references with competitors (IAM - Independent Aftermarket and OE - Original Equipment)

- Management of samples (from OE dealers and 3rd parties suppliers).

Specifically for OE samples:

- send request for quotations to OE dealers and create Purchasing orders

- organize the pickup, manage good entrance and invoice (complete flow)

- samples' overseas delivery to 3rd partied suppliers (pro-forma invoice, dual use and export certificate from DHL)

- Archive of homologated samples

- Management of intercompany orders to collect samples for components no more available from the Freudenberg's Lead Centers

**Qualifications**:

- Required Specific Technical Skills & Knowledge:

- University degree (technical or economy) or similar education

- Proactive approach, problem solving, confidentiality and ability to work in team

- Basic knowledge SAP and good knowledge MS Office

- Good knowledge of English and another language is a preferred

- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is preferred

- Basic knowledge automotive technology (technical understanding)

- Experiences in product development is preferred
