OffertaThe candidate will support us in the following activities:Analysis of the Client's context (business sector, competitors, financial results and key figures, activity report involving consultants in Italy and abroad etc)Preparation of PageGroup presentation, contract/proposal draftKeeping the CRM updated (contracts, activity track record, alerts etc)Coordination of quotations for national/international tenders and PSACoordination and quality monitoring on big recruitment projectsMaintenance and management of correspondence with the top management of the group and with colleagues at national and international levelMonitoring key performance indicators and collecting relevant information/dataPeriodic reporting activities, production of reports in Excel, and preparation of presentations for Top ManagementParticipation in any other strategic project/temporary project in which the team will be involvedCompetenze ed esperienzaRequired qualifications, skills, and behaviors:Bachelor or Master's Degree (preferably in Humanistic or Economics Field, HR background is a plus)Passionate about Human Resources and eager to learn and growFluent, both written and spoken in EnglishSolid MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PPT, and TeamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholdersOrganizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple demands on time, working autonomouslySolutions-oriented and problem-solving approachCompleta l'offertaA full-time, 6 months, remunerated, Milan office-based extracurricular internshipTraining on the job in a dynamic team and in an international environmentGuidance from expert professionals in the fieldLocation: Milan #J-18808-Ljbffr
