**THE INTERNSHIP

During this 6 months' internship you will join the Compensation & Benefits team where you will have the unique opportunity to gain relevant experience in regard to Human Resources processes.

We are looking for highly motivated and talented people, who would like to gain insight into the daily work of an international pharmaceutical company.

**We offer a 6 months internship with the possibility of 6 months extension.

**Tasks & what you will be learning**:

- Support for the management of Performance Management Process

- Support for the preparation of Compensation process, Compensation Analysis and Compensation Surveys

- Support for the implementation of Welfare Initiatives, Benefits Plan and related administrative activities

- Involvement in HR Operations activities and projects

- Involvement in Global mobility activities

**Requirements**:

- Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistical Sciences

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Excel is your friend!

(you will use it a lot in this role)

- Eager to learn

- Logical and a rational thinker who can simplify a complex problem or a situation

- Creative who challenges traditional methods

- Respect of confidentiality and attention to data privacy is essential

- Interested in Compensation & Benefits & Mobility processes and activities
