We are looking for a **Compliance intern** to join our team!

**Duties and responsibilities

You will report to the Compliance & Performance Director and we will give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Support the Compliance Team to ensure compliance and consistency with the GDPR, and that Process and Certifications Management are aligned with the Company's expectations and processes:

- Maintenance of documentation (Data Inventory, Data processing register, list of existing DPAs, DPIAs, etc.

)

- Improve employees' awareness of all compliance requirements

- Development and implementation of programs and processes to ensure organizational compliance with the GDPR

- oversee Compliance program for Healthware Group businesses.

- Support the maintenance of tools and reporting in terms of controlling

- Creation of reports on various aspect of performance

**Qualifications and Education

- Bachelor's in Economics or management engineering

- Master in Economics, Finance & Risk Management is a plus

- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Strong orientation to teamwork

- Learning agility
