He/she will report to the Customer Relationship Manager & Consumer Care Manager and will be involved in activities such as maintaining the integrity and quality of all data within the Single Customer View.

The CRM Analyst will offer a day-to-day support to Digital Commerce & Marketing and brand teams, providing data driven insights and relevant metrics on consumer behavior.

Key Responsabilities:

- Provide short reports, accurate slide decks, periodic panel data, dashboards for monthly meetings

- Acquire data from primary and maintain databases/data systems accuracy and ensure the complete integration with Braze

- Support and supervise monthly animation plans by collaborating side by side with Online team to ensure the maximization of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing and multichannel campaign orchestration

- Cooperate with CRM Manager in the training of local brand teams on new CRM platform and ensure the full usage

- Provide insights and recommendations to Consumer Marketing Managers and suggest tactical initiatives for department stores

- Measure regularly capture rate, database growth, repeat and retention rate for all brands and define actions to constantly improve them

- Monitor the performance of existing loyalty programs by defining annual strategy for loyalty members with the aim to increase repeat purchases

**Qualifications

- Degree in Management Engineering, Digital Marketing, or similar

- A team player with good planning and organizational skills and the ability to manage own workload

- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point

- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines

- Good knowledge of English

- Knowledge of SAP BO is a plus
