INTERNSHIP - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DATA ANALYST**:

**POSITION**:

- DHL Express Italy_, leader in the world in transportation and logistics and part of Deutsche Post DHL Group, offers an **internship **opportunity in its Italian Head Quarter in **Peschiera Borromeo (MI)** - _Innovation Campus_.

The resource will work in the **General Management Direction **and will be in **Customer Experience area.

**YOUR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM**:

- Acquiring skills in Customer Experience sector of an international company

- Acquiring knowledge on developing relational skills in an international environment

**YOUR TASKS**:

The intern will have the chance to manage the following activities:

- Support to Customer Experience and Net Promoter Approach activities

- Develop and implementation of data set, new analysis and strategies to optimize efficiency and statistics quality

- Elaborate analysis of data using query instruments and specific reporting methods

- Elaborate raw data transforming them in useful visual information such as dashboard

**PROFILE**:

- Degree in scientific sector

- Good knowledge of English language

- Good knolwedge of Office and in particular Excel and Access

- Knowledge of Database Management software (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos)

**Soft Skills**:

- Good analysis capacity

- Good managing of numbers and visual exposure (dashboard for presentations)

- Customer oriented

- Organization and planning skills

- Comunication skills

- Autonomy and initiative
