About the Business Our Destination Management services form the core of our business.
Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler's needs.
We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.
About the Role We are currently looking for a Destination Coordinator Support Intern based in Rome, Italy.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our Planning & Product Department by supporting all Managers and staff in the company and working in a close relationship with Operations, Procurement, Hotel Reservation and CS Departments, as well as with our suppliers.

The candidate will be: • Maximizing the sales and profit & controlling the expenses • Keeping the high-quality services and hospitality for the end customers • Supporting sales activities to help win the competition of tours and business • Supporting Sales for quotation of services both for series and adhoc tours Job profile • Maximizing the sales and profit & controlling the expenses • Keeping the high-quality services and hospitality for the end customers • Support sales activities to help win the competition of tours and business • Support Sales for quotation of services both for series and adhoc tours Reporting structures and key relationships • Relation with all Managers and staff in the company • Closely work with our suppliers • Close relationship with Operation, Procurement, Hotel and CS Departments Key activities • Knowledge of the business area, clients and suppliers • Securing cancellation within deadline • Ensure the best revenue possible controlling quotations • Manage the coordination of itineraries and tours • Close communication with sales offices (advising sales about any potential problems with the itinerary, advising about closing period or not possible to book on time, providing details about destinations, suggesting possible SS spots/recommending to use new suppliers) • Close communication with suppliers in a way both sides are satisfied • Support sales with agent tours/fam trips/promo tours • Revenue control – renegotiating with suppliers, securing best possible rates, checking BIS, focus on profit, avoid over budgets, report over budgets if any Role Requirements Be able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Be a team-player Be able to identify and solve problems Fluent in English, written and verbal language skills Computer skills in Microsoft Office Strong interest in the travel and tourism industry Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Enthusiastic and eager to learn Domicile in Lazio Region Benefits: Gain valuable hands-on experience in a renowned travel and tourism company A chance to join an international team of talented and dedicated professional to develop your skills, with the potential to advance your career with us Learn from industry professionals and expand your professional network Diverse & Inclusive culture Opportunities to learn & grow with the possibility to be hired Regional Internship reimbursement: € 800, 00 net per month Duration of the entire internship - 6 months
