KPMG Insights Centre** in our Milan headquarters is a digital and collaborative space showcasing new technologies, data & analytics and is one of the 24 Insights Centres all over the world.

It is designed to help our clients develop, together with our data scientists and experts, new ways to approach business issues leveraging the power of technology and innovation.

We help also to cope clients challenges through a Design Thinking Approach, strongly collaborative and solutions oriented.

You will have the chance to join one of the most fast, dynamic, and disruptive environment of the consulting industry, assisting our Top Management and C-level professionals in their exciting journey towards excellence and business success.

Reporting directly to the Insights Centre Manager, you will be involved in:

- Managing the agenda and the appointments with clients, partners and managers

- Creating and organizing content for business sessions with clients and for Design Thinking worskhops and activities with clients and users

- Assisting and facilitating client workshops

- Scouting future trends and innovative solutions

- Internal client management

- Supporting a dedicated marketing and communication plan for Insights Centre promotion in cooperation with the Marketing and Communication Team

- Consolidating the relationship with the other Centers

- An excellent Master's Degree in Marketing or Communication with a specific focus on digital and innovation or Business Administration with a specific focus on Digital and Innovation

- Ideally a previous experience in digital companies, consultancy firms or agencies

- Proficiency in English is a must, ideally improved through an educational/working experience abroad

- Excellence in communication skills (both oral and written)

- Passion for innovation, technology and analytics

- Knowledge of design process end/or Design Thinking and graphic tools is considered a strong advantage
