This development path is dedicated to both Bachelor and Master's students, allowing you to spend 6 months as an active member in one of the different areas. After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear, and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing tasks assigned, setting priorities, and achieving your goals. It also includes the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation. The Internship Program may be just the first step in your career at Vodafone, as it will allow you to take part in the selection process for our Discover Program. Job Objectives Synthesize large quantities of information into takeaways and recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analyses. Challenge evidence from different data sources and conclusions to test the robustness of data and business consequences. Deliver key COPS business insights to implement strategic and business improvement initiatives. Ask the questions nobody asks to challenge the status quo and contribute to CEX design and improvement. Work with cross-functional teams. Together with the planning team: Grant COPS KPI/Data maintenance/assurance. Manage the transition to a new common data platform. Exhibit excellent analytical and quantitative skills, high attention to detail, and a desire to make improvements. Show passion for AI and/or Digital topics. Support proactively when contributions are not aligned with expectations to achieve final targets. Be comfortable with pressure and short deadlines. Requirements Previous internship experience is not required but is considered a plus. Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Data Visualization tools (such as Power BI) is considered a plus. Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian. J-18808-Ljbffr
