Overview**:

**Vodafone Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master's students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.

After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management.

You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals.

It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.

The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone.

In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program

**Role Purpose**:

Last thing, paraphrasing the shark in the movie Finding Nemo: "Cookies are friends, not food"

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Challenge evidences from different data sources and conclusions to test robustness of data and business consequences

- Ask the questions nobody asks on numbers/evidences to challenge the status quo and to contribute to CeX improvement and cops digitalization

- Work with cross-functional teams

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Passion for digital channels and understanding of main mechanisms of Digital Advertising

- High attention to detail and desire to make improvements;

- Ability to kindly but firmly set expectations, contributions and timing in a dynamic environment also with indirect reports

- Support proactively when contribution is not aligned to expectations to bring home final target

- Comfortable with pressure and short deadlines

- Comfortable with "liquid" organization

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Degree in Economics/Engineering

- Digital Background

- Fluency in written and spoken both English and Italian;
