Supporting the organization of the new events inside the Stores regarding the Business Plan and working together with the other departments to guarantee the perfect execution of the projects;

- Creating and developing the Market Analyses, to support the Company's responsible in the decisions regarding the optimization of the budget in every Store of the Area;

- Preparing weekly and monthly reports to monitor the key KPIs of different business areas: retail and e-commerce;

- Creating ad hoc analysis based on specific business needs to support strategic decision-making;

- Analyzing benchmarks and best practices of best customer experience in Italy & Spain both within and outside the luxury industry;

- Giving support to Retail Excellence in the organization of the Trainings for the Store Managers and the Store Staff;

- Participating in meetings.

**Profile**:

- Education: Bachelor - Master's Degree graduate (Economics, Engineering, )

- Technical skills: Autonomy, capacity to work on a project-based environment, advanced analytical, planning and deadline management skills,

- Soft skills: Sunny, positive, curious, enthusiast, emphatic, great capacity to listen, team worker, eager to take responsibilities, multicultural background and experiences, proactive attitude and strong independent drive

- Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point)

- Languages skills: English mandatory, any other European language is a plus (e. g.

French, Spanish, German, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, )
