Linklaters employment and incentives practice is looking for a motivated student to join its Milan based team for an **internship in the Employment team of the Milan office.

Our employment and incentives practice advises international and Italian clients on all aspects of employment, pension and labour law, with a focus on top managers' employment contracts and terminations, retention arrangements, remuneration structures, works councils and unions' relations, collective redundancy procedures, as well as any transaction-related employment law.

The team also deals with contentious work, especially high value executives and managing directors' termination cases.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- research

- supporting due diligence processes and data room entry

- assisting in the preparation of memos and document review

**Key requirements**:

- Excellent academic credentials from an Italian University (please include the list of exams);

- Strong interest in Labour law;

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

- Proficiency level in English;

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
