Domus Academy is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of:Intern Enrollment and Admissions The successful candidate will join the team in Milan and will report to Enrollment and Admissions Supervisor.

He/ She will support counsel and enroll the direct leads that are generated by marketing and other promotional activities for degree programs.

Will support the team with the initial outreach and follow up along with administration of student files to qualify the prospect and assist them through the enrollment process.

He / She will assist the candidates with specific enrollment issues.

The selected candidate will support the team in the following activities:- Assist in guiding students toward the best program/school through various channels (web, ISG, fairs, schools, campaigns) to achieve enrollment targets. - Collect applications and maintain contact with students until their arrival on campus. - Receive, register, and check candidate applications. - Execute program-specific acceptance procedures, including entrance exams, portfolio assessments, and interviews (based on program requirements). - Assist candidates with specific requests, such as scholarship or financial aid applications. - Assist the team in preparing periodic enrollment statistics to monitor applications and pipeline status. - Collaborate with in promotional activities, such as Open Days and welcome events on campus. - Support the organization, coordination, and execution of scheduled and random visits.

- Assist the International team in organizing recruitment events in different regions.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and skills:- Organizational skills and attention to detail- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field- C1 level proficiency in English- A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems- Interest in an academic or educational environment - Enthusiasm as a team player, with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various partners Work location: Milan Compensation: 800 Euro Gross Full time If you meet these requirements, we invite you to apply and become part of our team at Domus Academy.
