The facility intern will support Pirelli Facility function in contributing to the technical/economic management of the real estate portfolio with focus on energy consumption mitigation activities, ordinary/extraordinary maintenance interventions and worldwide standardization initiatives of offices' "space planning" in line with company strategies.

**Main activities**:

- Supervision of facility management services (hard and soft services) aimed at guaranteeing the levels of service, availability and functionality of the technological lines serving the buildings;

- Monitoring the progress of the services provided by suppliers through the supervision of the main indicators (KPIs)

- Supervision of management and maintenance processes;

- Support to the definition of the multi-year plan of interventions to maintain the efficiency of the buildings and plants managed;

- Management of obligations related to quality, health and safety and environment;

- "Space planning" initiatives aimed to improve workspaces and managing contacts with external stakeholders (e. g.

advisors, real estate operators, professional firms, etc.

).

**Requiriments**:

- Master degree in Engineering or rchitecture

- English C1
