NABA is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of: Intern Fashion Laboratory Provides support to the organization of the NABA fashion laboratories in order to guarantee the didactic activities of the courses/ programs, in compliance with the health and safety regulations; ensures the supply of materials and equipment and contributes to optimization of activities in order to improve the quality and technological innovation.

The selected candidate will support the team in the following activities: • Support the team for end-of-course activities (fashion show) and for events and promotional activities (Open days, welcoming of students, campus tours etc. ).

• Support the monitoring of material in stock and their correct disposal (loading and unloading of materials, space management, inventories).

• Support activities of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment: sewing machines, irons, press machines, buttons holes machine, leather machine. . . • Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures set by Head of Laboratories to guarantee a safe work environment in the laboratories in compliance with regulatory law.

• Technical support to students and teachers in tailoring and patternmaking: the focus being Womenswear starting first year (basic skirt, dress, pants), through second year (shirt, jacket), all the way to third year with the personal project (final collection) • Knowledge in menswear patternmaking and bespoke tailoring is highly appreciated for the Menswear course.

T he ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and skills: Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design or any kind of Fine Art discipline.

Good knowledge of textile and textile manipulations, good visual skills, material sensitivity and curiosity.
