**POSITION**:The **Finance Department **of DHL Express Italy, Peschiera Borromeo (MI), is looking for an **Internship**.

The trainee will have the opportunity to experience the organizational dynamics of a management oriented to support business development working on continuous improvement of accounting and **administrative processes** with the aim to allow the achievement of financial objectives.

**YOUR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM**:

- Acquiring and Developing a knowledge of accounting and administrative processes and underlying logic within a multinational company

- Acquire a complete vision of finance dynamics in an express logistics reality

- Familiarize yourself with the logic of administrative services in the management of business operations

- Develop numerical data analysis and synthesis capabilities

- Acquire relational skills within the organization in a multinational context

**YOUR TASKS**:

The intern will see all activities regarding customers accounting with a particular focus on:

- Managing of Credit Collection activities respecting procedures, internal policies and KPI

- Monitoring of delayed incomings

- Managing of payments solicities andincoming return plans

- Frequent phone contact with customer and implementation of differen procedures of credit collection considering the commercial sector of customer

- Keeping contact with other departments of Finance Receivables and Sales

- Implementation of actions aimed to grant continuos imprevement of credit collection

**YOUR REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma / Degree

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
