**THE INTERNSHIP

Ready to get to know the pharmaceutical industry in a very dynamic and challenging environment and join the Central Controlling team of Boehringer Ingelheim in Milan?

During this internship you will learn about Cost Allocation, Accounts Payable and Financial Controlling across the three Italian legal entities in coordination with the Global Shared Service Center - definitely something new to learn every day!

**We offer a 6 months internship with the possibility of extension

**Tasks & what you will be learning**:

- Build strong and productive networks with internal stakeholders and in particular with the Shared Service Center in Ingelheim;

- Accrual process and activities including training & communication with the main users/stakeholders;

- Audit support in the documentation preparation;

- Support in performing reconciliations and controls in account payables accounts;

- Cost accounting control activities;

- Month end closing activities (forecast/budget/variation analysis)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics

- Knowledge of Ms Office especially Excel; SAP is a plus

- Languages: native level of the Italian and good knowledge of English

- Strong team working and communication skills

- You prioritize your work, and drive execution excellence through discipline and collaboration

- Attitude of active experimentation to find solutions for challenges and changes

- Together with your cross-functional colleagues you come up with innovative ideas to respond to changing markets
