The RoleAs part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms.

Your key tasks will be:-Answering customers inquiresEnsuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-upsOptimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfactionDefine and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers

Our ideal Call Center Agent has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as:

Computer literacy, especially MS OfficeFluent level of English adn FrenchPrevious experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plusGreat problem-solving and communication skillsExperience of planning complex schedules of activities
