This position reports to Global Product Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Manager in optimizing the offer portfolio and return on investment. Each day, you will support the team in ensuring that ABB has a full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. The work model for the role is: LI-Hybrid. This role contributes to the Electrification Business Area, in the Smart Buildings division located in Vittuone. You will report to the Global Product Manager and you will be mainly accountable for: Supporting and cooperating with the global product management team in activities such as new product launch, product analysis, implementation of marketing tools, data management, etc. Understanding customer needs, market trends, and opportunities. Running competitor analyses including identification of product gaps and evaluating ABB's position. Following and understanding global standards, market, and customer requirements and their impact on the product portfolio. Executing market analysis by product, segments, and channels for the global market. Supporting other Global Product Specialists in the creation of marketing tools (brochures, catalogues) for product launches. Managing the technical specifications of assigned products including both new and existing products. Qualifications for the role Possess enhanced knowledge of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office. You are passionate about teamwork; good interpersonal skills, results orientation, innovative spirit, proactivity, and leadership will complete your profile. Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Industrial Engineering, or Economics. You are comfortable communicating in English and Italian; German will be considered a plus.
