The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity.

He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.   Main duties and responsibilities:  Supporting our Guest Experience team in all daily tasks Assisting in the coordination of guest activities and experiences Handling guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local attractions Supporting the team in managing guest feedback and ensuring follow-up actions Assisting with the preparation and delivery of personalized guest amenities Application of LQA and Belmond standards Requirements Customer service attitude  Fluent in English and Italian.
