THE INTERNSHIP**:

You will get to know the pharmaceutical industry in a very dynamic and challenging environment.

With this internship you will join the Human Pharma Operations Team of Boehringer Ingelheim in Milan.

You will develop business knowledge while providing operational and administrative support to the Process Excellence Coordinator supporting the design of processes mainly related to Compliance topics within the business - definitely something new to learn every day!

We offer a 6 months internship with a possible 6-months extension

**Tasks & what you will be learning**:

- Support the design of processes on Compliance related topics within the Human Pharma Business Unit- Draft/update policies, procedures, and any other useful documentation in Human Pharma compliance areas- Support internal awareness-raising activities- Support the internal Events Management process to be compliant to internal rules and to Farmindustria Code of Conduct- Support Human Pharma Operations in drafting Data Processing Agreements and Privacy Impact Assessments**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Economics or Law- Interest in Compliance topics (e. g.

D. Lgs.

231/01, Healthcare Compliance, Anti Bribery & Anticorruption, Data Protection)- Fluency in English language and native level of Italian language- Problem solving, communication, teamwork attitude- Microsoft office background (excel and power point)- Can do attitude
