**YOUR ROLE**:

- Support and ensure completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on customer / all product performance complaints

- Plan for and execute Customer Technical Request Testing, report and communicate to field teams and/or customers

- Standardize and develop new test methods

- Prepare internal tests report and makes presentations to internal work group or department

- Participate in presentations to customers

- Lead internal and external technical requests and projects

- Directly communicate (in scope of products tests/validation) with the field Sales/Application Engineering teams, KAMs, project team, customers

- Lead/support ongoing harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods

- Participate in training of Sales / Marketing and other Technical personnel

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical or Material Science

- Willingness to work in laboratory environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with the ability to handle

multitasks

- High level of enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking

- IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, ability to work in a digitalized environment

- Fluent in English is highly recommended
