**Job Description**:

- You support our core team in the early-stage build-up of Italy's first green tech unicorn

- You work closely with the management team and assist with our operations and strategic projects

- You take on ad hoc tasks and coordinate with our operations team and other internal stakeholders

- You are involved in the build-up of our country-wide installation capacity

- You support in recruiting key team members for our Italian organization

- You drive smaller project modules independently and regularly report directly to our Italian directors

**Qualifications**:

- You have an above-average Bachelor's/Master's degree in business studies or a similar discipline

- Previous work experience in a highly demanding and fast-paced environments (e. g. , consulting, investment banking, fast-growing start-up, VC) is a plus

- You are characterized by an analytical and strongly solution-oriented way of working

- You enjoy rapid execution and have excellent practical judgement and prioritization skills (80:20)

- You have a high degree of proactivity, a sense of responsibility and a "can-do" mentality

- You are highly proficient with Excel

- You are fluent in Italian and English
