Braccois an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging.

The Group's main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.

The Corporate Development team operates out of Milan, liaising with Bracco expert teams based in Cambridge and Princeton for the scouting of opportunities worldwide.

Purpose As an intern in the Corporate Development team, you will contribute to strategic projects that help Bracco grow in the long term.

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supported by experienced colleagues who will guide you along the way.

Main Activities, Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities Market analysis: Gather and analyze data to understand market trends and business opportunities.

Business model evaluation: Study how companies in the industry operate and what strategies they use to succeed, including the analysis of startups and emerging technologies Financial analysis: Work with numbers and data to assess the value of companies or projects using financial tools.

Presentation development: Prepare clear and professional documents to present your analyses to managers and decision-making teams.

Support in acquisitions and partnerships: Assist the team in evaluating new investment opportunities and contribute to the assessment and negotiation phases.

What are we looking for?

Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
