In this internship in the Labs Performance unit, you will play a central role in the collection, analysis and visualisation of key performance indicators (KPIs) that are crucial for the evaluation of our innovation hub. We entrust this to you:Performance measurement: Collaboration in the collection, monitoring and analysis of the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the NOI TechparkData management and KPI collection: Recording, collecting and maintaining relevant KPIs of the research facilities, companies, institutions and start-ups, as well as updating the KPI database. Data analysis and visualisation: analysis and visualisation of data using digital tools (Power BI, CRM systems, Microsoft Power App)Process automation: Automation of data processes and development of workflows. Reports: Creation and presentation of reports for various stakeholders with a particular focus on data quality. You have what it takes:Ongoing studies in the fields of data analytics, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualificationKnowledge in the use of analysis and visualisation tools (e. g.
