Roles & Objectives

As an Intern you will be part of our Customer Care Department in the Product Care team for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Recycling & Repair Supervisor. The position will be based in Roma.

In your role, you will support in managing the Recycling & Repair operations: you will collaborate with the service provider and internal teams to ensure the reverse flow processes control, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monitoring and proposing operational improvements to increase efficiency and optimize costs.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Support the Recycling & Repair Supervisor to guarantee the targets for repairs and recycling and to monitor/improve reverse flow processes and technical guidelines;

- Provide analysis, report and operational model to control the reverse flow processes and identify solutions to optimize its performance defining improvement priorities;

- Check on service provider invoicing flow for both Repair and Recycling;

- Collaborate with a multicultural and cross-functional team, as well as internal and external resources / vendors to guarantee successful project realization.

Who we're looking for

- Degree in Engineering, Management or related fields

- Literacy in Office Suite – proficiency in Excel

- Fluent in English and in Italian

- Passionate about Supply Chain principles, Product Specifications and Lifecycle, Project Management

- Passionate about data-driven approach and problem solving

- Strong attention to details and proactive attitude

- Strong presentation skills with ability to make the complex simple

- Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
