For the season 2025, we offer an exciting internship opportunity for hospitality school students who have preferably already had the chance to spend some time in 5* hotels.

This position is designed to provide hands-on training and experience in hotel quality standards.

The intern will assist the Operations team in maintaining quality standards throughout the hotel, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

The internship is due to start at the beginning of April 2025 and should last approx.

6 months.

Key Responsibilities: LQA Support: Assist with LQA preparation, including documentation review, staff training, and mock auditsQuality Checks: Conduct regular quality checks in various hotel departments (e. g. , rooms, F&B, front desk) to ensure adherence to standardsData Analysis: Track and analyze LQA scores and guest feedback to identify areas for improvementTraining Materials: Assist in developing and updating training materials related to the hotel quality standardsReporting: Prepare regular reports on quality performance and improvement initiativesProject Support: Participate in quality improvement projects as assignedRequirements: Current enrollment in a hospitality, tourism, or business-related degree programStrong interest in quality management and the hospitality industryExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsFluent knowledge of both Italian and English is mandatoryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Applicants must have the right to work in Italy at the moment of applicationBenefits: What we offer:
